The whole Elder Body teaching and Governing Body teaching was based on research by a well known "apostate" Raymond Franz. Franz wrote the AID book articles which gave rise to the changes made in the congregations and Bethel. Knorr was deposed by the johnny come lately new governing body members who in turn gave birth to those in charge today.
Thus Splane and Morris owe their positions to a famous "apostate". Can't think of a better reason to rethink the whole sad governing body system.

July Broadcast Denies That JW Children Die Rather Than Have Medical Care

he says this is so inaccurate as to be a boldfaced lie ...... further he says it is "up to the parents to determine what would be the best treatment for their children" .
now, does this mean that parents are really free to make a decision to accept blood for their minor child, if they so choose?

He is a forked tongue liar just as his real "father" is.
He speaks publicly what Jaracz thought privately because Jaracz was not as stupid as Morris is.
Morris has to go. Just looking at him brings revulsion.
Haughtiness is written all over his face. In his recent life story he was sure to mention that the brother who studied with him was of the anointed and from Russell's generation. This was of course to solidify his place on the overlapping generation teaching.
Problem is many of us in the 50's and 60's were taught by anointed members of Russell's generation so that's no big deal. But for Morris every opportunity to add a higher heel to his shoe is important.

The current GB is like a preteen trying on her older sister's prom dress. Problem is they are much shorter than their predecessors and their breasts are non-existent.
Small men who will never fill the shoes of Fred Franz or Nathan Knorr. Not that those men were by any means free from error, no. But at least they were able to give the appearance of being real. Splane and company cannot even do that.
They are cartoon caricatures unable to give even the appearance of being Christ's disciples. Jokers, liars, false brothers, murderers who though knowing their history continue to do what is in their best interests! They turn away from the lessons that should have been learned and sin even more than their predecessors.
They have made an idol of themselves and have made money their god. They have no fear of God or love for the struggling brothers and sisters in the congregations around the world. They put on smiling faces at assemblies and conventions. They say "loving" things and embrace those who approach them in idolizing waiting lines.
But in truth, they are filthy men who do not deserve the love of those who would give their lives just on their word alone. Filthy men, not worth the oxygen God provided. Men who imitate the scribes and pharisees of Jesus' day. Men who would have put Christ to death if he dared to prove their religion faulty. Men who demean God's Name. Men who are hypocrites and white washed graves.
As Jesus said, by their fruits we will know them. The Governing Body produces poisonous fruit by making themselves God's mouthpiece. A position no man holds but Christ!

So what do you feel could be done to start reforms and get the WT closer to Biblical and mainstream Christian doctrine?
Reform must be initiated from the inside.
The Watchtower publishing house is a closed fortress which will resist all outside efforts to force the necessary changes it must make. In fact, it is likely that forums such as this one have at times thwarted the efforts of some on the inside to advance reasonable changes. The reason being that those in command will not easily bow their backs to outside opposers even if sound scriptural arguments are put forth by them. These men, stubborn, and at times mean spirited, will protect their territory and history even if it brings down millions more in the Organization.
Reform must come from the few near the top who, being fully aware that something is very wrong, have prayed to God for his help. Those who will trust in Jehovah and together do what is necessary to finally bring Christ into Bethel. Until Christ's teachings reign at Bethel the Watchtower publishing house is no different than any other Christian church including the Roman Catholic church. They are all groping in the dark because they do not truly follow Christ but rather men.
On forums such as this, heat is applied and re-applied in order to heighten the stress upon the Governing Body. To make them as vulnerable and weak as it is possible to do in order that they are continually and increasingly kept off balance. In order that should some on the inside decide to attempt to push the idol off its pedestal it would be ready to fall.
So truly, we all ride tandem toward a shared goal. Those few on the inside cannot do what is being done on the outside and those on the outside cannot do what is possible to do on the inside.
The Governing Body system will fall!

Anyone who has carefully read and compared the accounts would see that at significant points they do not match up. But sadly, Anthony Morris, not being a good Bible student, chose the wrong account to highlight.
Why those differences exist should be crystal clear to the 7 men who are leading Jehovah's Witnesses to their spiritual doom...but then again maybe not.
The Governing Body and most of their Helpers are truly Biblical illiterates. They do not have God's spirit.

Brother Anthony Morris has made a critical scriptural error in the July Broadcast. He has inadvertently moved the timing of the beginning of the last days to the future. This kind of scriptural error is the direct result of superficial Bible reading. He is poorly educated in Bible research. This from a man who claims to be of the anointed and demands that all Jehovah's Witnesses follow his "suggestions" on all things spiritual.
In his July Broadcast brother Morris addresses the topic of persecution. He asks his audience (at about 9:20) to read Luke 21:12-19, but first before actually reading the scripture he said this:
"We might mention that here Jesus was not referring to what would happen back then in the first century, this was a prophecy about the future. He was describing what would transpire now before the the end of the evil system under Satan’s control." (emphasis added)
Then he reads Luke 21:12,
“But before all these things happen, people will lay their hands on you and persecute you, handing you over to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and governors for the sake of my name." (emphasis added)
Brother Morris has forgotten the first rule of understanding the Bible- CONTEXT!
What are "all these things" referred to in verse 12? All the things which the persecution would precede? Brother Morris, read it carefully again: "But before all these things happen..."
The "things" Jesus was referring to are the things he had just spoken of: (verses 9-11)
"Furthermore, when you hear of wars and disturbances, do not be terrified. For these things must take place first, but the end will not occur immediately.” Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs."
Then Jesus went on to say: "But before all these things happen, people will lay their hands on you and persecute you, handing you over to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and governors for the sake of my name."
According to Luke 21, first comes the persecution then the wars, earthquakes, food shortages, fearful sights etc.

If you are correct, Brother Morris, if the persecution Jesus described is to happen "now" before the end of the system then what Jesus said in the previous verses: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs" is YET IN THE FUTURE because the persecution occurs, first, before all these things!
Your poor Bible reading skills have inadvertently moved the signs of the time of the end into the future. What else have you misunderstood? Time will tell.
